In the last couple of days, Ashton has started waving.  He loves to watch himself in the mirror.  As soon as he sees himself, he starts waving, then gets a huge grin on his face.  Not only does he wave, but he also says “bye-bye!”  It sounds more like “ba-ba,” but I really think he knows what he’s saying.  Or at least he knows that when you wave, you say, “bye-bye.”  My baby is growing up so fast!
